The Utah housing market is still HOT and moving. Did you notice there is a 29 percent increase in median price sold? That is a huge gain in equity for owners.

Also more multi-family homes have been sold than single family. This may be a result of the pricing increases.

2021 is seeing a lot fewer homes listed. This is also adding to the increases in price.
