Ways to add storage to your home!

Are you in need of more space? I always am! I have found some great ways to add storage when I show and sell homes!

Make the most of unusual spaces, such as odd shaped closets under the stairs.

Use shelves and bins to organize-- always label everything

Use under the bed space for off-season clothes and thing you use occasionally.

Use curtain rods and hooks to organize jewelry.

Utilize wall space, including back of the door space (below). There are inexpensive commercial over the door organizers for baseball caps, shoes, linens, all kinds of things! Even for spices and canned goods in the kitchen!

Be sure to utilize all your vertical space, even buying and installing shelving.

The lower stress when using and putting away your things is worth the effort to get organized!
